I was so thrilled with my experience for my closing this past Monday that I had to make sure I made you both aware. My client was originally supposed to close on Friday and did not because of a Lender issue. The lender promised everything would be wrapped up for Monday 3 PM with no problems at all. We didn't receive the package until the end of the day and didn't receive the wire transfer until about 6 PM that night.
Before Diana contacted me to let me know the wire transfer miraculously came through, my clients and the sellers were absolutely devastated. Diana came to the rescue when she called me at 6 PM to say the wire arrived and she was willing to stay late with us so that we may close on the property. She was so on top of everything and her willingness to make it happen that day spoke volumes to both me, my clients, the seller, and the seller's agent and quickly turned a very negative situation to one of joy and triumph!
Diana was there with us until 8 PM to see everything through and myself and my clients could not thank her enough - she went totally above and beyond and we just wanted to express our appreciation for her and demonstrate how awesome she is and I am hoping you can acknowledge her in someway special too for all that she does.
